Status Updates: 

November 21 Update:  At the November 20 hearing, the Commission granted the applicant’s request to reopen the hearing so that the applicant may submit a revised development plan for the site addressing concerns raised by the Commission.  The revised plans must be submitted by February 19, 2018 or the application will be voided.  Upon submittal, a new hearing will be scheduled before the Commission and public notice will be provided per LOC 50.07.003.3.

 

November 7, 2017 Update:  At the hearing on November 6, the Commission continued the hearing to November 20 in order for the City to enter omitted exhibits into the record that were the basis for the stormwater analysis in Exhibit F8 from Brown and Caldwell, the City's stormwater consultants. The applicant may also choose to enter additional written evidence in the record by 5:00 pm on November 13. Opportunity for public comment will be provided at the November 20 hearing, but testimony will be limited to addressing the omitted stormwater exhibits and any new evidence submitted by the applicant before the November 13 deadline.

 

At the hearing on October 16, the Development Review Commission continued the hearing to November 6. The record was left open to allow new written evidence to be submitted. Written evidence must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on October 24. Rebuttal to only the new written evidence received must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on October 31. Staff response to the new evidence and rebuttals will be published by November 3.
