Learn how meditation can help reduce stress and improve health. On September 24, 6:30-8:00 pm, instructor Surja Tjahaja will present scientific research that supports the strong affective relationships between mind and body.

Tjahaja has an MBA from University of Southern California and has taught meditation for five years.
