The Circulation Department is here to help you manage your library account. We can assist you with checkouts, renewals, returns, fines, cultural passes, and/or getting a new library card.*

Things to Know About Your Library Card Account

  • You may use your library card at any library in the Clackamas County Library System (LINCC)
  • You can check out up to 80 items and place 30 holds with your library card
  • You can renew items in person, by telephone, or online using you library card number and PIN
  • You can access free or discounted Cultural Passes to local venues with your library card
  • You are responsible for all use made of your library card
  • LINCC libraries are not responsible for equipment damage that may result from library material

Apply for a library card online
Your library card can be used at any library in the Clackamas County library system (LINCC). It allows you to check out up to 80 items and place 30 holds! After you submit your application, a library card will be mailed to you. Visit the library to confirm your identity and unlock all the features of your account.
