On Monday, February 24, 2014, the Planning Commission approved the Findings, Conclusions and Order recommending the City Council approve this application. A link to the Findings, Conclusions and Order can be found below under "Key Documents."

On Monday, February 10, 2014, the Planning Commission made a preliminary recommendation that the City Council approve the application. The Findings, Conclusions and Order (the final recommendation) will be considered at the meeting on February 24, 2014.
