LU 16-0005: A request for a variance in order to construct a 2-car garage attached to an existing single-family dwelling.
The applicant is requesting approval of the following Major Variances in order to construct a 2-car garage on an existing single family dwelling:
A 16.5-foot reduction to the 25-foot front yard setback for a 8.5-foot setback;
A 6.5% increase to the 25% maximum allowed lot coverage for a total of 31.5%; and,
A variance to the Garage Appearance and Location standards.
