The Development Review Commission (DRC) approved this application on April 3, 2017.  On April 17, the North Shore - Country Club District Neighborhood Association filed an appeal of the DRC’s decision.

The appeal hearing before the City Council is scheduled for Tuesday, May 16, 2017 at 3:00 p.m. in the Council Chamber at City Hall.  Only those persons that testified either orally or in writing at or before the DRC hearings may testify orally or in writing at the appeal hearing. Additionally, no issue may be raised before the City Council that was not raised before the DRC with sufficient specificity to enable the DRC to respond and shall be based solely upon the record of the proceedings before the DRC.

The agenda and staff report for the May 16 hearing will be available on the Council Meeting and Agenda page no less than 10 days prior to the hearing.

Note: Materials exempt under the Oregon Public Records Law, ORS 192.501 and 192.502 may be withheld from public review of the Case File; such materials are NOT a part of the “record” before the reviewing authority in determining whether or not the proposed development complies with the applicable criteria.
