A request for approval of a Development Review Permit and a design variance to construct a new Live/Work complex.

Status Updates: 

November 7, 2017 Update:  At the November 6 hearing, the Commission granted the applicant’s request to reopen the hearing so that the applicant may submit a revised development plan for the site addressing concerns raised by the Commission.  The revised plans must be submitted by February 5, 2018, or the application will be voided.  Upon submittal, a new hearing will be scheduled before the Commission and public notice will be provided per LOC 50.07.003.3.

 

At the hearing on October 16, the Development Review Commission continued the hearing to November 6. The record was left open to allow new written evidence to be submitted. Written evidence must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on October 25. Rebuttal to only the new written evidence received must be submitted by 5:00 p.m. on November 1. Staff response to the new evidence and rebuttals will be published by November 3.
