LU 17-0012: Zoning Map Amendment from R-7.5 to R-10 for Property Located at 6397 McEwan Road and Public Right of Way

The City of Lake Oswego is proposing to amend the Zoning Map for the property located at 6397 McEwan Road and portions of the public right of way to correct mapping errors and to make the Zoning Map consistent with the Comprehensive Plan.

The City Council considered the Planning Commission's recommendation on the proposed zoning map amendment at a public hearing on Wednesday, July 5, 2017.  The Council approved LU 17-0012 and enacted Ordinance 2743.  To visit the Council meeting webpage and view the video, click here.

At its meeting on June 12, the Planning Commission adopted the Findings, Conclusion and Order (the final recommendation).

05/23/17

The Planning Commission considered the proposed amendment at a public hearing on May 22, 2017.  The Commission made a preliminary recommendation that the City Council approve the proposed amendments as written in the staff report.  The Findings, Conclusions and Order (the final recommendation) will be considered on June 12, 2017.
