LU 17-0014: Zoning Map Amendment from R-7.5 to R-10 for Property Located at 18521 Donlee Way and Public Right of Way

Project Description

The City of Lake Oswego is proposing to amend the Zoning Map for the property located at 18485 Donlee Way and portions of the public right of way to correct mapping errors and to make the Zoning Map consistent with the Comprehensive Plan.



The City Council considered the Planning Commission's recommendation on the proposed zoning map amendment at a public hearing on Wednesday, July 5, 2017.  The Council approved LU 17-0014 and enacted Ordinance 2745.  To visit the Council meeting webpage and view the video, click here.

At its meeting on June 12, the Planning Commission adopted the Findings, Conclusion and Order (the final recommendation).



The Planning Commission considered the proposed amendment at a public hearing on May 22, 2017.  The Commission made a preliminary recommendation that the City Council approve the proposed amendments as written in the staff report.  The Findings, Conclusions and Order (the final recommendation) will be considered on June 12, 2017.

Persons are encouraged to contact the Project Manager to arrange for a suitable location to review the materials in the Case File.

Note: Materials exempt under the Oregon Public Records Law, ORS 192.501 and 192.502 may be withheld from public review of the Case File; such materials are NOT a part of the “record” before the reviewing authority in determining whether or not the proposed development complies with the applicable criteria.
