LU 17-0022: Zoning Map Amendment from R-3 to R-7.5 for Property Located at 10 Touchstone
A request from the City of Lake Oswego for a proposed amendment to the Zoning Map from R-3 Multi-Family Residential (3,375 sq. ft. area per unit) to R-7.5 (7,500 sq. ft. area per unit) to achieve consistency with the Comprehensive Plan designation of R-7.5 for the property located at 10 Touchstone (21E05BD00200) and a portion of public right of way.

The Planning Commission considered the proposed amendment at a public hearing on June 26, 2017. No individuals testified at the hearing and no written testimony was submitted. The Commission made a final recommendation that the City Council approve the proposed amendment as written in the staff report. The public hearing before the City Council is scheduled for Tuesday, September 5, 2017.
