A request for a Sensitive Lands modification of the front yard setbacks in the R-7.5 zone in order to construct a single-family dwelling on an encumbered lot; the applicant is also requesting the removal of six trees to construct the development.
On May 21, the Commission tentatively approved the applicaiton subject to the conditions set forth in the Staff Report. The decision will become final unless appealed by 5:00 pm, June 6, 2018.
On April 16, the Commission continued the public hearing to May 7 to allow the submission of written testimony on the subject of stormwater drainage only. Written testimony may be submitted by any party. Below are the due dates for submittal of written testimony and rebuttal of the testimony:
Written testimony due no later than 3:00 pm on Monday, April 23, 2018.
Rebuttal of written testimony due no later than 3:00 pm on Monday, April 30, 2018.
