On Tuesday, November 7, 2017, the Council approved the proposed amendments and enacted Ordinance 2759.

A link to the ordinance is available below under "Key Documents".  The ordinance becomes effective on December 7, 2017.



The Planning Commission considered the proposed amendment at a public hearing on September 25, 2017.  No individuals testified at the hearing and no written testimony was submitted.  The Commission made a final recommendation that the City Council approve the proposed amendment as written in the staff report.  The public hearing before the City Council is scheduled for Tuesday, November 7, 2017.
