On July 24, 2018, the Forest Highlands Neighborhood Association appealed LU 18-0028. This webpage will be updated with documents related to the appeal.

Any person or organization that provided written comments in response to the City’s notice of application may participate in the appeal. However, persons and organizations other than the appellant (Forest Heights Neighborhood Association), the applicant, and the City may participate only with respect to the specific issues raised in their own written comments. Persons who did not submit written comments are entitled to notice of the appeal, but are not permitted to participate in the appeal process. ORS 197.375(3).
 
In addition to the appellant (Forest Heights Neighborhood Association), the applicant, and the City, the following persons submitted written comments and may participate in the appeal with respect to the specific issues raised in their own written comments: Grace Wadell, Kristen Benkstein, Leah & Mark Puhlman, and Martin & Karol Gardner.

Comments submitted during the first week must be physically received by the City by 5:00 pm August 6, 2018.
Comments submitted during the second week must be physically received by the City by 5:00 pm August 13, 2018.
The applicant’s final argument must be received by 5:00 pm August 20, 2018.
Comments received after these deadlines will be excluded from the record and will not be considered. The Referee will issue a written decision on the appeal by September 3, 2018.
