    LAKE OSWEGO – On Friday, August 8, 2014, Lori Lee Davis (DOB: 11/20/1930) of Lake Oswego, was cited and released for Reckless Driving after she crashed her vehicle into a building and two other vehicles at 333 S. State Street.

    LAKE OSWEGO – On Sunday, August 3, 2014, at 8:13 pm, Juan Ramon Parra-Perez (DOB: 8/6/1983) of Portland was arrested near 4230 Galewood Street, in Lake Oswego, for sexually assaulting a 17 year old female that was known to him. Parra was lodged at the Clackamas County Jail for Rape 1, Sodomy 1, Unlawful Sexual Penetration 1 and Sex Abuse 3.

    LAKE OSWEGO – On July 9, 2014, Lake Oswego Police Officers arrested two northeast Portland women, Carmen Young (DOB: 02/18/78) and Victoria Brown (DOB: 12/28/65), for Theft II, PCS-Meth, PCS-Heroin and PCS-Cocaine. Carmen Young was also charged with 4 counts of probation violation, and the pair are suspected of being a part of an organized retail theft operation.
