Stafford Rd Retaining Wall

Project Background/Summary

Replace the wooden retaining wall along the elevated portion of the pathway south of Kilkenny. This is a project that needs immediate action because the wall is leaning nearly 20 degrees off center, and is beginning to impede the pathway area.

This project will replace approximately 330 lf of existing timber retaining wall, construction of 1,430 sf of concrete segmental retaining wall, installation of 320 ft of drain pipe and 12 ft of drain pipe, removal and replacement of 3 catch basins, reconstruction of 1,900 sf of HMAC surfaced pedestrian pathway, trench repair and surface restoration.

Sealed bids for the Stafford Rd Retaining Wall Pathway, WO 152 were received by David Kudna on July 3, 2012, at 2:00 PM. Results are as follows:

Construction is estimated to begin mid July, with completion on August 31, 2012
