Lake Oswego’s Wastewater Master Plan was adopted in November 2013, and is available on line.
The Wastewater Master Plan provides guidance on how to manage and operate the wastewater collection system within the city limits and the urban service boundary now and into the future. The Plan identifies projects for repairing, improving and for the ultimate expansion of the system. This Plan will guide City staff on where to focus efforts for maintaining a reliable wastewater system resulting in the lowest lifecycle costs.
