The Applicant is requesting the following:

 Residential Infill Design (RID) Review approval for the following exceptions to the WR zone requirements in order to construct a new garage and additions to an existing single-family dwelling:

  • A 7.77-foot exception to the 24-foot height limitation, resulting in a 31.77-foot height for the garage (based on lake level reference point for measuring height in the WR zone.  Height is 19 feet above street grade).

  • A 3.7-foot exception to the 24-foot height limitation resulting in a 27.7-foot height for the existing house.

  • Removal of two trees to accommodate the project.
