The Applicant is requesting the following:

Approval of 11 Class 1 variances as follows:

  • Retaining walls four feet or greater in height in the required setback (LOC 50.15.020(7):    

      Lot 16:  4.5 feet high requiring a  .5-foot variance

      Lot 17:  Five feet high requiring a 1-foot variance

      Lot 18:  4.5 feet high requiring a  .5- foot variance

      Lot 19:  Five feet high requiring a 1-foot variance

      Lot 20:  Five feet high requiring a 1-foot variance

      Lot 7:    Four feet high requiring a 1-inch variance

 

  • The combined height of a retaining wall and fence, greater than 8 feet in height, either on top of the wall or with less than five feet of separation (LOC 50.515.020(8)(a): 

       Lot 15: Nine feet high requiring a 1- foot variance

       Lot 16: 10.5 feet high requiring a 2.5-foot variance

       Lot 17: 11 feet high requiring a 3- foot variance

       Lot 18:  8.5 feet high requiring a .5- foot variance

       Lot 7:    10 feet high requiring a 2- foot variance
