APPLICANT'S REQUEST

The Applicant is requesting the following:

  • A lot line adjustment between Tax Lots 2100 and 2200.  The lot line adjustment would decrease the area of Tax Lot 2200 from 28,603 square feet to 23,396 square feet and would increase the area of Tax Lot 2100 from 40,545 square feet to 45,752 square feet. 

  • A 2-parcel partition of the adjusted Tax Lot 2100.  The two new parcels are proposed to be 22,126 square feet and 23,626 square feet in area.
