APPLICANT'S REQUEST

In order to construct a new single family dwelling, the applicant is requesting approval of the following: 

  • Class 1 variance to increase the allowable lot coverage from 25% to 28.75%.

  • Class 1 variance to increase the allowable floor area ratio (FAR) from 55% to 63.25%.

  • Class 1 variance to reduce the side yard setbacks for portions of the structure over 18 feet tall from ten feet to eight feet.

  • Class 1 variance to reduce the rear yard setback from 30 feet to 25 feet.

  • Removal of three trees.
